QUICK SHIP: is when we ship out the same day you place your order when ordered by 12 noon EST. After noon we may ship it out the next day. There are no guarantees, but product should arrive in 3 to 5 business days when shipped this method. (No quick ship on large items or Little Tikes).
2nd Day or 3rd Day: when ordered by 12 noon EST then a 2nd day air shipment will arrive 2 buisness days (M-F) after the order date. 3rd day will arrive 3 business days (M-F) after the order date. Example if ordered by 12 noon EST on Monday for 2nd day, the package will arrive on Wednesday. If ordered by 12 noon EST on Thurday for 2nd day, the package will arrive on Monday. No large items or Little Tikes items available for this method of shipping.
We will not and cannot guarantee orders to arrive by a specific date unless you place an expedited order (2nd day, 3rd day). Thank you.

2nd Day arrives 3 business days after the date we ship it (including that day).
3rd Day arrives 4 business days after the date we ship it (including that day).
Business Days are Monday - Friday. No shipping on most Holidays.

We regret that we cannot ship Little Tikes or Large Items to these addresses.
We can only ship ground to these addresses. Also we cannot expedite shipments
