| Returns: Returns of unopened items may be made within 20 business days after order date. Refunds will be issued to original credit card provided on order. If paid by check, no sooner than 2 weeks after date of receipt of original check, we will issue a check refund. 20-40 days after purchase you may return unopened items for a store credit or exchange. You must provide either a copy of the receipt or the original order number. We will not refund shipping costs. You will have to pay return shipping if you are exchanging an item or returning an item. We will not accept opened toys back. Little Tikes, Step 2 and large items that are returned (at your cost) will be refunded for the total paid minus our actual shipping costs on the original shipment.
